Bespoke Production Policy

Every piece in the Opposism catalog is produced on-demand specifically for you at the time of order. Because each artwork—whether it is a canvas print, a framed piece, or a hand-painted commission—is custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We hold our production network to museum-quality standards. If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, or if there is a verified manufacturing defect, we will issue a free replacement.

To request a replacement for a damaged item:

  1. Contact our team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging.
  3. Include your Order ID and shipping details.

Once verified, we will expedite a replacement order to you at no additional cost. We do not require you to ship the damaged item back to us.

Hand-Painted Commissions

Due to the immense labor, raw materials, and time invested by our artisanal painters, all sales on "Hand-Painted" tier masterpieces are strictly final. We provide high-resolution digital approvals of the painting before it ships to ensure you are completely satisfied with the artist's work.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking number has not updated in over 15 business days (for Tier 1 local orders) or 30 business days (for Tier 2 international orders), please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and immediately dispatch a replacement piece to you.
